How the DealsCanon price score works

We subtract coupon savings from the sale price, add required shipping or fees, and compare that checkout amount with the regular price. Every 10% of effective savings is worth 25 points, up to a maximum score of 100.

What the score cannot measure

  • Whether the regular price was temporarily inflated.
  • Product quality, warranty, seller reputation or return costs.
  • Sales tax, which can be estimated with the Canadian Sales Tax Calculator.
